Final Evaluation of You by the Instructor
On completion of the project the instructor will provide an individual assessment of each person on the project team.
The assessment will be private and not shared with the group.
The assessment includes a review of what you did from the beginning of the semester.
The instructor will review your professionalism, promptness, clarity, reliability, communication, completeness, and other factors about your performance during the project.
If you sit silently during staff meetings then you can assume that you will receive a very poor grade for this assessment!
It is totally up to you to help the instructor learn what you did and how you helped the team.
The instructor will not dig to find out - this is your responsibility!

The individual assessment is provided at the end of the project all at one time.
You are welcome to ask the instructor how you are doing at any time during the project.
Your self-assessment may vary greatly from the instructor's.
It is likely to be in your self-interest to ask early and make adjustments if called for.
